From admin Dashboard go to Pages and select the page you want to edit. add image
From the editor, click on the ≡ icon to open the navigation panel which contains all the blocks on that page. add iamge
From the navigation panel, you can click the blocks to select it and edit. add image
You can also directly select the block to edit. add image
After selecting the block opens the right sidebar panel. Here you will find all the setting to edit blocks. add image
